Who We Are

Helka is a construction company backed by three generations of experience in Turkey. Our presence in Belgrade began in 2021, when we joined the Kula Belgrade project as the general construction subcontractor. Since then, we have continued to build our presence in Serbia through a local partnership, combining our experience with strong local knowledge and expertise. The city’s growth, energy, and long-term potential led us to establish a permanent presence here.

Today we work on two fronts: contracting for others, and developing our own real estate investments. Behind both is more than 30 years of residential development experience, now applied to the buildings and neighbourhoods taking shape across Belgrade.
